Get more from the Microsoft licences you already pay for

Councils already run on Microsoft 365, and too many services still live in spreadsheets and inboxes. We build inside the tenancy you already have — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI — starting with what your licences already cover, and we tell you upfront if anything needs a premium add-on. Service requests, approvals and reporting stop depending on one person remembering.

The constraints you work under

We have built inside these before

Three things are true of almost every council we speak to. None of them are solved by buying another platform.

The licences are already bought
You are paying for Power Platform whether or not anything runs on it. A supplier selling you a new platform is adding cost you do not need.
Nothing can leave the tenancy
Resident data, case records and staff records stay inside your Microsoft environment. We build there rather than hosting a copy elsewhere.
Procurement asks before the service does
A route to market matters as much as the build. Everything here is on G-Cloud, so there is no tender to run.
Funding cycles
Budgets land at fixed points and are scrutinised. A project has to be affordable in one financial year and defensible in the next.
Accessibility duties
Public-sector bodies must publish an accessibility statement. Reporting has to be WCAG 2.2 AA, not mostly usable.
A central team of two
The platform has to be operable by a small central team, not by a data engineering department that does not exist.
What we build here

Three things, built inside your tenancy

Real deliverables, not capabilities. Each one replaces something that currently runs on a spreadsheet and a shared inbox.

Smartphone showing apps for council service requests

Service request and case handling

Power Apps front end, Power Automate routing, SLA visible to the team handling it. Replaces the shared inbox and the spreadsheet beside it.

Laptop showing an approvals dashboard on an office desk

Approvals and back-office automation

The repeated internal processes that sit on one person’s desk, automated and audited, so absence stops being a single point of failure.

Laptop displaying a reporting dashboard with charts

One reporting layer

Power BI over the systems you already run, so members and directors see the same number and nobody rebuilds it monthly.

How to buy us

No tender. Direct award.

Councils buy this through G-Cloud. There is no tender, no competitive process to run, and the buyer pack is one link rather than six email attachments.

1

G-Cloud Digital Marketplace

Listed as a supplier. Search, shortlist, direct award.

2

One buyer pack

Service definitions, DPIA, security questionnaire, Carbon Reduction Plan, insurance, referees.

3

Weeks, not quarters

Discovery first, fixed price, then a defined build in six to ten weeks.

Not on G-Cloud? We also deliver through other public-sector frameworks and directly under your own terms — see all the routes to buy us

Questions

Questions councils ask

Not for work bought through G-Cloud. We are a supplier on the Digital Marketplace, so a council can assess us against its own criteria and award directly under the framework terms. No competitive process is required.

Inside your own Microsoft tenancy. We build in the environment you already own rather than hosting a copy elsewhere, so resident data, case records and staff records never leave it. UK data residency throughout.

Yes. Every member of staff is BPSS and BS7858 screened before they touch your systems, and we hold UKAS-certified ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 plus Cyber Essentials Plus.

Everything is built on your licences, in your tenancy, and handed over documented. There is no proprietary layer to unpick and no lock-in — your team can take it on whenever you choose.

Typically six to ten weeks after a fixed-price discovery. Discovery comes first so that cost and scope hold once delivery starts.
