Three ways to buy from us

Direct award through G-Cloud, another framework you already use, or your own tender. We are set up for all three, and most public-sector work still reaches us by direct award.

Buying via G-Cloud

From finding us to starting work

Most buyers are through this in under a month. Nothing here needs a tender notice.

STEP ONE

Find us on G-Cloud

Search the Digital Marketplace for the service you need. Our service definitions are published against each lot.

STEP TWO

Take the buyer pack

One link with everything procurement asks for, instead of six email attachments chased over a fortnight.

STEP THREE

Direct award

Assess against your own criteria and award directly. No competitive process is required under the framework.

STEP FOUR

Discovery, then build

A fixed-price discovery before anything is built, so cost and scope hold once delivery starts.

Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked

For work bought through G-Cloud, no. The framework has already run the competition. A buyer searches the Digital Marketplace, assesses suppliers against its own published criteria and awards directly. That is a compliant route, not a shortcut.

Our current lot listings and service definitions are published on the Digital Marketplace and included in the buyer pack. Ask the bids team and we will point you at the exact entries for what you need.

Usually yes. Work bought through G-Cloud runs under the framework call-off terms. Outside the framework we are happy to review your standard contract — a director handles this rather than a sales team.

[Needs confirming before publishing — state your standard terms here, and note any variation for framework call-offs.]

Delivery is carried out by our own BPSS and BS7858 screened staff. Where a specialist partner is involved on a piece of work we name them up front, and the same screening and security requirements apply.

Yes. Named referees who will take the call are part of the buyer pack. Tell us which sector matters most to you and we will put you in touch with the closest match.
