  • All employees share responsibility for quality and are encouraged to suggest improvements. 
  • Senior Management ensures the policy remains appropriate to the company’s strategic direction and business context. 
  • The policy is reviewed annually during management review meetings to ensure ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
