Pixel Fusion Ltd is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our operations or supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps we are taking to prevent slavery and human trafficking.

Company Structure and Supply Chains

Pixel Fusion Ltd is a UK-based digital software and data services company. We operate nationally and work with a range of public and private sector clients. Our supply chains include software vendors, data providers, cloud hosting providers, and professional service firms. We expect our suppliers to adhere to the same standards as we do.

Policies and Governance

We operate several internal policies that support our commitment to combat modern slavery, including:

  • Equality and Diversity Policy
  • Code of Conduct
  • Procurement and Supplier Management Policy

These are reviewed annually and communicated to all employees.

Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on suppliers before engagement and on a recurring basis, particularly in higher-risk categories. This includes supplier assessments, contract clauses requiring ethical conduct, and the right to audit where appropriate.

Suppliers may be asked to complete a self-assessment or confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act as part of onboarding and contract renewal processes.

Risk Assessment and Management

We evaluate the risk of modern slavery across our operations and supply chain. Although our sector is considered low risk, we remain vigilant and prioritise reviews where services or goods may be sourced from higher-risk regions or industries.

Measuring Effectiveness

To assess the effectiveness of our measures against modern slavery, we:

  • Review supplier compliance annually
  • Track any reported incidents or concerns
  • Report annually to the Board on modern slavery risk and actions

Where breaches or non-compliance are identified, Pixel Fusion will work with the supplier to implement corrective actions or, if necessary, terminate the relationship.

Commitment and Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Pixel Fusion Ltd and will be reviewed annually in line with our financial year.

This statement is published on our company website and is available on request to any customer, supplier, employee, or regulatory body.

Authorised Signatory

This policy is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by the Board of Directors, who will review and update it annually.

This policy has been approved by the Leadership Team and will be reviewed biannually to ensure the Company continues to promote and maintain the highest standards.
